Winter Fly Fishing in Colorado

If someone told me a year ago that I’d be having fun fly fishing in 25F degree weather, I would have thought they were crazy. It is a relatively new endeavor for us, but one that we are having so much fun with being beginners. Even if my fingers and toes were frozen from standing on the frosty river bank, reeling in those eager Rainbows was so much fun!

On another beautiful, crisp Colorado day, Brian got a chance to explore an area we’d never spent time in before. Even though no fish were caught on this particular day the views made up for it!
